This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDetermine and assess the need for additional staff or consultants and make the appropriate recommendations necessary during the project cycleDirect and manage project development from beginning to endDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documentsCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workBuild, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the projectEnsure internal general controls are considered throughout project life cycles and follow Redpath change management processes.Position Requirements:University degree or college diploma in the field of business administration, management information systems or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years prior experience in the deployment and support of large system implementations in a global environmentPrevious experience implementing Oracle Fusion PPM (must have), P6, InEight Cloud, i2PMP Certification is an assetITIL Foundations Certification is an assetProven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
